New Beginnings: Welcoming Fresh Faces
2024 was the year we opened our doors to 15 new businesses, making it our busiest year ever. Each new tenant has brought something unique to our village, whether it’s fresh ideas, exciting projects, or just a positive, hardworking attitude. We believe that growth isn’t just about filling spaces; it’s about creating a place where every business feels at home. Together, we’ve made Beaconside a hub of innovation, collaboration, and success.
Expansion: More Space for Your Ambitions
We also saw Omexom and A.Hak expand their offices within our community. These businesses have grown alongside Beaconside, and their success is a great reminder of the power of a supportive environment. We’re proud to have been a part of their journey as they expanded, just as we are excited for the new opportunities awaiting the other businesses in our village.
Phase 2 Fully Let: A Stronger Community
One of our proudest moments was seeing Phase 2 become fully let. That’s 100% of the available space taken, which shows how much demand there is for a place like Beaconside. We’ve always believed in creating a community that feels like a second home for businesses, and seeing Phase 2 filled with passionate, growing companies reaffirms that belief.
Phase 3: Growing with You
In September, we officially opened Phase 3, and things have been buzzing ever since. This new phase includes more modern office spaces designed with flexibility in mind, offering room for both small start-ups and larger enterprises. And the best part? Our balcony offices were taken up almost immediately, showing just how fast businesses are growing and how much they value the space we offer.
A New Look: The Stone Suite & Bridgeford Suite
At Beaconside, we believe that a great environment can inspire great work. That’s why we’re so excited to share the Stone Suite and the Bridgeford Suite, two new spaces in our conference centre. These rooms were designed to be flexible, comfortable, and ready for anything—from meetings to team-building sessions. The Stone Suite, with its modern vibe, and the Bridgeford Suite, offering a more intimate and focused setting, have already become go-to spaces for many of our tenants. It’s all part of our mission to give you the tools you need to succeed.
Connecting with Our Community: Networking Events
One of the best parts of Beaconside is the way we come together as a community. Last year, we hosted Summer and Christmas Networking Events, where our tenants had the chance to connect, share ideas, and celebrate the successes of the year. These events are more than just a chance to network—they’re a chance to build lasting relationships and see how our collective growth makes the Beaconside community stronger.
We also had Barclays join us twice for financial wellbeing workshops, giving our businesses valuable insights into managing their finances and supporting their teams. It’s just one of the ways we’re committed to offering not just space, but resources that help our tenants grow.
Giving Back: Christmas Jumper Day and Support for CCPA
At Beaconside, we believe in supporting the community that supports us. Last year, we hosted a fun and festive Christmas Jumper Day, raising funds for CCPA (The Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance), a cause that is close to many of our hearts. The donations, along with additional gifts given by Beaconside, helped CCPA continue their vital work in the community. It was a small but meaningful way to give back to those in need during the holiday season.
